These Terms of Use ("Terms") outline the conditions under which users may access and utilize the services ("Services") offered on Habon ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Services, registered users ("Users") agree to comply with these Terms.

Article 1: Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all interactions and agreements between Users and Habon related to the use of the Services.

Article 2: User Registration
Users must complete a registration process as specified by Habon. Registration is only considered complete once approved by us. We reserve the right to decline registration applications under the following circumstances without disclosing the reason:

  1. Submission of false information during registration.

  2. Prior violation of these Terms.

  3. Any other reason deemed inappropriate by Habon.

Article 3: Account Security
Users are responsible for managing their account credentials, including their user ID and password. Sharing, transferring, or lending credentials to third parties is strictly prohibited. If login credentials match registered information, we will consider the respective User as the authorized account holder.

Article 4: Fees and Payment
Users shall pay the applicable fees for the Services as determined by Habon. Payment must be made using the method specified on our website.

Article 5: Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in the following activities while using the Services:

  1. Violating laws, regulations, or public order and morality.

  2. Engaging in criminal acts.

  3. Disrupting or damaging our servers or network.

  4. Interfering with the functionality of our Services.

  5. Collecting or storing personal data of other Users without permission.

  6. Impersonating other Users.

  7. Providing benefits to anti-social entities through our Services.

  8. Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by Habon.

Article 6: Service Suspension
We may suspend or terminate Services without prior notice for the following reasons:

  1. System maintenance or updates.

  2. Force majeure events such as natural disasters, fires, or power outages.

  3. System or communication failures.

  4. Other situations where continued service provision is deemed difficult. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to service suspensions or interruptions.

Article 7: Usage Restrictions and Account Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate Users’ access without prior notice under the following conditions:

  1. Violation of these Terms.

  2. Submission of false registration details.

  3. Any other reason deemed inappropriate by Habon. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from these actions.

Article 8: Disclaimer
We are not liable for damages unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence. If liability is imposed, compensation is limited to foreseeable damages, capped at the equivalent of one month’s fee for paid Services. We are not responsible for disputes between Users or third parties arising from the use of our Services.

Article 9: Service Modifications
We may modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services at our discretion without prior notice and will not be held liable for resulting damages.

Article 10: Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Article 11: Communication and Notices
Any notifications or communications between Users and Habon shall be conducted in a manner specified by us.

Article 12: Transfer of Rights and Obligations
Users may not transfer or assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Habon.

By using Habon, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
