Refund policy

Exchange/Return/Cancellation:

Generally, orders cannot be cancelled unless the item is out of stock. In addition, we inspect and manage the quality of our products with the utmost care, but in the unlikely event that a defective item or incorrect item is delivered, please be sure to contact us via the inquiry form on the site within 3 days of receiving the item. Please note that we will not accept any inquiries after that.

■ Stock status:
Since we check the stock after receiving your order, the item may be out of stock after your order. In the unlikely event that the item is sold out, we will contact you by email and refund the product price.


 Contents of defective items:

Please contact us via the inquiry form on the site or email address for the contents of the defective item. We will not respond to defective items via DM on Instagram.

All products in our shop are overseas products, so the sewing may be rough. There may be fraying, thread ends, no washing tags, wrinkles, loose beads and buttons. Please understand this before purchasing.

The size reference displayed on our shop is calculated from the reviews and size of the buyers, and is not the size of the model in the image. Please understand this before making your purchase.

In addition, we will not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases. Thank you for your understanding.


1. About frayed threads

If the threads on the product are frayed, it is not a defect in the product, so please cut off the frayed threads with scissors and continue to use the product as is.


2. About the material

If there is no problem with the quality or characteristics of the product, such as smell or pilling, it is not a defective product, so please continue to use it as is.


3. About the color

The color and texture of the product may look different depending on the monitor environment. For products with completely different colors, we will exchange or return them, so please check Note 4 and contact us.

  Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

・Items that have been received more than 4 days ago

・Items with tags or tags removed

・Items that have been worn out by the customer through washing or cleaning

・Items that have wrinkles, stains, or odors after arrival

・Items that are missing some accessories

・Items for which the customer has selected the wrong size

・Items that are different from the image, etc.


  Shipping costs for returns and exchanges

1. When returning an item

If the item is defective or faulty due to our shop's fault, we will cover the shipping costs for exchanges and returns.


Refund and return procedures

1. The amount to be refunded will be the full amount actually paid by the customer. If you paid using a coupon or discount, the discounted amount will be applied.


2. We will inform you of the return address specified by our shop by email, so please return the product. The refund procedure will be completed within one week after the arrival of the product is confirmed. In addition, we will contact you by email after the refund procedure is completed.


3. The refund fee will be covered by our shop.
